As the primary inspector at RIS I have two decades of experience as an Engineer in the inspection, remediation and construction industry and am a highly trained National Association Certified Home Inspector (NACHI).  I utilize advanced equipment, skills, and techniques to provide customers with a factual assessment of the condition of the home they are interested in.

Choosing the right home inspector is extremely important and can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, experience, equipment, inspection methods, reporting methods, and last but not least, pricing.
